There are a few huge aspects to The Sims 4, and one of those is creating absolutely beautiful characters that you just fall in love with. Some of the best ways to do this is to use skin modsand skin details that can change up your sims looks.

These skin details include things like freckles, eye bags and some interesting coloring that will give each and every sim you create their own unique vibe so that you aren’t creating the same character each time you play.
1. All Ages Body Freckles by Polygondolls
The first thing on this list are some body freckles that are going to work for all ages and all genders in the game. These add some gorgeous freckles to every part of your sims body, except for their face.
This is great because it adds so much detail to your sim’s body and makes them look more unique than a default sim.
2. Aurion Dimples N07 by PralineSims
Dimples are some of the cutest things you can add to your sims. Theseaurion dimples are a really great options because they are extremely well made and are so gorgeous.
An amazing thing about these is that there are 20 version of these dimples so you can choose how deep you want them to be, giving you a ton of customization for your creations.
3. Body Freckles by Rope
These body freckles by rope are a great option if you want your sim to be covered in freckles. This is great because it makes your sims look so gorgeous.
These are great because so many people in real life are covered in freckles, not just on their faces, so you can get some representation for those people in your game too.
4. Cinnamon Freckles by LadySimmer94
These cinnamon freckles are really adorable covering all of the nose and a bit of the cheeks. They are so pretty and can make any sim that much more cute.
These look great on fair skin tones and can really suit a cottagecore vibe in your game.
5. Contour Skin Details by RemusSirion
These are a great skin detail that adds contour to your sims face in 7 different ways. You can use these for many sims and give them more dimension to their faces. By default your sims don’t have much contour, so these are great.
There are 7 different versions, allowing you to choose how intense the contour will be, making each sim different.
6. Dimples N04 by PralineSims
Something that is so adorable and interesting on faces are dimples. These cheek dimples are a great option to make your sims more interesting and give them a cute vibe.
The best thing about these dimples is that there are 15 different versions of dimples for you to choose from, making each time you use them have a different vibe for your game.
7. Eyebags N4 by Seleng
An interesting way to make your sims look more interesting is to add eyebagsto them. Most people in the real world have some amount of eyebags on most days, especially when we’re tired so this is so realistic for your sims.
These are a very subtle but gorgeous eyebag for your sims that look great with a little bit of under eye make up to really make them pop.
8. Eyebags N5 by Seleng
These are a second option for a cute eyebag, with these being a little more intense than the last ones. These can really make your sims eyes pop and make them so beautiful.
These eyebags are great for any kind of sim, and can even just be applied to your sims sleepwear to make them look tired.
9. Face and Full Body Moles by Ellesmea
There is nothing I love more than a subtle set of moles or freckles to add to your sim’s face. These face and full body moles are a great choice because they add different amounts of moles on both your sim’s face and body.
These can be added to all sorts of different sims, making them all look so gorgeous. Moles are a great way to make sims unique!
10. Fiona Rose Nose Freckles by Lady Simmer 94
Some of my favorite skin details to add in the sims 4 are freckles, because they are so natural looking for gorgeous. These fiona rose nose freckles do not disappoint, they add such a nice subtle freckle to your sims which is so gorgeous.
These freckles also come in four different swatches allowing them to work on a variety of skin tones which makes them much more user friendly.
11. Floral Birthmarks by Sagittariah
These floral birthmarks by sagittariah are very pretty and come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Having so many different sizes can really look adorable on your sims and give them a unique look.
Sagittariah really makes some unique birthmarks, of all sorts of types and it really makes for some cute sims.
12. Glitter Kit NB01 by MSQSims
Thisglitter kit by MSQSims is so pretty and unique, and can be great for a sims formal wear. These skin details add a bit of glitter to your sims face, depending on how much you want, and are so pretty in game.
One nice thing about glitter in The Sims 4 is that it doesn’t end up all over your home, so why not cover your sims face in virtual glitter instead of making a mess? A great idea in my eyes.
13. K-Pop Mole Set by Liravensims
If you are into K-Pop, you’ll want to have this mole set. This K-Pop Mole Set is great and is based on moles that you’d see on K-Pop stars.
These vary a ton and have all sorts of placements on different parts of the face, allowing you to create such gorgeous and individual sims.
14. Lunar Birthmarks by Sagittariah
Sagittariah makes so many beautiful and interesting birthmarks for your sims, and these lunar birthmarks are so cute. These are great for sims who are into astrology or maybe for a spellcaster sim who is super adorable.
This skin detail looks so pretty on sims and the little moon in the middle is so fun! A great add for your mods folder.
15. Organic Hairline by Pixelore
One thing that is pretty odd in The Sims 4 is how weird and unnatural the hair line is, there is no natural start to the EA default hairline. This organic hairlinewill let your sims have a subtle hairline begin a bit before the hair starts, making it look much more natural in game.
This is awesome because it gives so much more dimension and intrigue to regular hairs in game and makes sims so much prettier.
16. Retro Moles Z01 by Zenx
These kind of retro moles are so beautiful and can really help you make an old hollywood sim who is so gorgeous. These are great for so many sims, and can add so much character to your sim’s face.
This is a really nice mole set because it gives you options for how dark you want the mole to be, instead of having it only be super dark and in your face.
17. Royal Skin Blush by TsminhSims
This royal skin by tsminhsims adds a nice light pink glow to your sims face and lets them look like they are always blushing. It really brings some color into your sims face and is just so gorgeous.
This is great for teenage sims because they are often blushing in real life, or wearing a ton of blush so it suits them nicely.
18. Tess Birthmarks by Sagittariah
These tess birthmarks by sagittariah are really pretty and in unique shapes and sizes. Having different types of birthmarks can make for such unique looking sims.
These look so pretty on tons of skin tones and allow you to create beautiful characters.
19. Show Some Teeth by MoonChildSims
Theshow some teeth skin detail allows you to see a bit of teeth between your sim’s lips when they are just hanging out. This is such a cute skin detail that will make your sims even cuter than they were before.
When playing The Sims 4, you never see a sims teeth between their lips when they aren’t smiling or eating. However, this is super common for someone to have a small opening when their lips are closed.
20. Skin Cracks by RemusSirion
These skin cracks are extremely realistic looking compared to the ones we have in game, so they can be really great for alpha cc lovers since they are so realistic.
These are so incredibly realistic and can be great for vampire of spellcaster sims especially, making them extremely beautiful and unique.
21. Solar Birthmarks by Sagittariah
These solar birthmarks by sagittariah aren’t going to look super realistic, but they are really gorgeous. This will add a beautiful solar themed birthmark to the middle of your sims forehead, making them super unique.
These sims end up being so beautiful because you won’t see anything like them out in Willow Creek, so they are just so unique and interesting.
22. Strawberry Birthmark by Plasma Fruit Salad
There are tons of interesting skin conditions that you’ll see on people in real life, and the strawberry birthmarks skin detail is going to add a pretty common one. This adds a large strawberry section to the front of your sims face, which is so pretty and can make a very unique sim.
Sims that have this skin detail are so unique and can be some of your favorites to play with.
23. Strawbunny Birthmarks by Sagittariah
Some of these skin details are a bit less realistic but can really make the sim look unique. The strawbunny birthmarks are a really cute option to make unique sims.
This skin detail will add small groups of three dots to your sim in specific locations letting you make such interesting characters.
24. Subtle Freckles and Moles by Wildly Miniature Sandwich
Sometimes cc freckles are just a bit too much and add a ton of moles and freckles to your sim. The subtle freckles and molesskin detail will add a few small freckles and moles all over your sims body.
As you can see, you’re going to get these on both your sim’s face and their body which can help to make your sim feel extremely unique.
25. Vitiligo V3 by MsBeary
Custom content like this is so extremely important for representation in The Sims 4. There are tons of people out there who have vitiligo and being able to create a sim that looks like them is to important.
This vitiligo skin detail will give you a bunch of options to make sims that look so absolutely beautiful and can represent bodies that we often don’t see in video games.

20. No EA Eyelashes
Before we get into the thick of the matter, there’s something we need to take care of.
Most eyelash mods make the game treat the new eyelashes as either eyewear or skin details.
This is because The Sims 4 is not actually letting you customize your eyelashes in CAS, and instead, making them part of the default Sim model.
This little mod will simply eliminate the default Maxis eyelashes, leaving your Sim’s eyes free to carry luscious, 3D CC lashes. Nice, huh?
19. Skin Detail Lash Pack N01
So for some real eyelash CC we have a pretty standard but high-quality pack of 40 different eyelash styles by notorious CC creator PralineSims.
These eyelashes look natural, healthy, and come in three different lengths.
The pack also includes eight eyeliner/eyeshadow versions for each length, available in five different colors to combine with any outfit.
While most of the eyelashes in this pack are clearly meant for feminine-looking Sims, the ones without any make-up are ideal for male Sims, as men tend to have pretty long lashes.
18. WM Eyelashes 201802
Another option for those of you looking to give a Sim a really natural & subtle pair of lashes.
These are sure to increase their attractiveness without drawing too much attention, all by S-Club.
They come in two different swatches with slightly different lengths and thicknesses to accommodate different face types.
While not as attention-grabbing as other options, these will give your Sim an extra “je ne sais quoi” that’ll improve their looks.
These are also ideal for those of you who’ve already downloaded some eyeshadow or eyeliner packs, and now want to help them shine.
17. WM Eyelashes 201811
If you liked the previous entry but are more interested in something a bit more flashy, consider these eyelashes, also made by S-Club.
This luscious lash CC pack is considerably more voluminous than the previous designs, and they come with an eyeliner collection made to complement them ideally.
Unlike many other high-quality eyelash CC packs, these are straight rather than curled. Giving them a distinctive look (maybe what you’re after, maybe not).
Get this for a Sim who needs a little extra oomph to make their gaze attractive and absorbing.
16. Ethereal Lashes N27
As is the case whenever we’re talking about the best CC to improve your game, several of PralineSims’ creations are worth mentioning, such as these Ethereal Lashes.
As their illustrative image may suggest, these lashes were made for the refined & wistful Sim who always seems to have their head in the clouds.
They’d also make amazing eyelashes for a beautiful vampire who draws prey in with their breathtaking beauty and feigned purity.
These eyelashes come in ten different versions, each of which is available in a dark and a lighter color.
You’ll be able to use them on Sims of all ages and genders, too.
15. Eyelash Pack N07
Also from PralineSims’ extensive catalog comes this stylish Eyelash Pack N07, which is sure to help give your Sims a playful look to match their personality.
These angular lashes are bushy, making them ideal for handling intense make-up and still shining on their own.
They have a bit of a cat-eye style too, albeit a bit rounded, and would probably complement a pair of bushy eyebrows perfectly.
Or if you’re going for a cat build with a cute cat outfit, these might work nicely there too!
PralineSims offers these lashes in ten different colors so you should have no trouble finding the right ones.
14. Full Exposure Eyelashes
These incredibly attention-grabbing eyelashes may look ridiculously bushy. But it’s actually quite the contrary once you get ‘em onto a face.
Made by creator Queen Bee, these thick dark lashes are nothing but a trick. A shadow on the wall.
To be more specific, they’re eyeliner-shaped to look like intense glam eyelashes, without being 3D.
They may not be exactly eyelashes, but they look so convincing that I couldn’t help but include them.
Get them for that Sim who wants to look like a Bratz doll.
13. BURN Eyelashes V1
Another interesting option with the same faux-lashes technique is Razei-kun’s BURN Eyelashes.
These dark, defined “lashes” are perfect for those of you who like Maxis’ original visual style and have no interest in turning your Sims into hyper-realistic virtual humans with Alpha CC.
They’re available in two natural colors and will work on male and female Sims, from Teen to Elder.
12. Bobur Eyelashes-12
If you’re running The Sims 4 with the HQ mod to take hyper-detailed pictures and the like, consider these HQ-compatible lashes by creator Bobur3.
They’re short, which makes them look natural, but remain dark and bushy-enough that they’ll be noticeable despite their moderate length.
With a sharp cat-eye design, these are perfect for the coquettish teen or young adult lady out for a night of dancing.
11. Bobur Eyelashes-20
Variety is the spice of life, and Bobur has enough eyelash packs to spice up your whole CAS repertoire.
That said, we only have space for a couple of their wonderful, natural-looking creations in our brief ranking.
Along with the previous ones, we’d like to highlight these delicate lashes with a remarkably realistic look to them that’ll complement most Alpha Sims’ style.
Like the previous ones, these are also HQ-compatible and available in a wide palette of eight colors ranging from natural hues to more daring tones.
10. Maggie Eyelashes + Eyeliner N94
I like when different pieces of CC work to complement each other. And when PralineSims offers you a combo platter of eyelashes and eyeliner, you know they’re gonna look incredible.
This pack features bold, but not so thick lashes, that are relatively short.
In total there are 15 versions, including five colors.
This is my favorite pack to use for white eyelashes, as the anime-ish look of the lower lashes feels hard to beat.
9. Hollywood Lashes
Made by Leah Lillith, these Hollywood Lashes are beautiful and luscious like few others.
They’re long and appealing, and yet manage to look natural all the same.
They’re available in 21 different versions with adjustments ranging from subtle tweaks to major changes.
Sims 4 Cc Skin Tone
As these generally don’t include lower lashes, you’ll probably need subtle eyeliner to frame the eye more robustly.
While some may consider the lack of lower lashes in this pack a downside, I’d say there’s a market for that kind of thing, as it gives your Sims a distinctive look.
8. Magnolia-C 3D Lashes
Among the most popular, well-known, and widely recommended eyelash CCs are these Alpha-looking 3D Lashes by creator Magnolia-C.
These relatively subtle eyelashes have the level of detail and realistic composition required to look great in a close-up picture. So get your poses ready!
Regrettably, they’re female-only.
But with five length variations and colors ranging from black to white, these should at least cover your girly Sim’s needs.
7. [Sapphire] – 3D Eyelashes
While not their most famous creation, Screaming Mustard’s [Sapphire] 3D Eyelashes is definitely among the most appealing options available for The Sims 4.
They’re surprisingly long. But thin-enough to give Sims a natural look too.
They’re perfect for anyone who’s not all that into make-up, and they’ll look amazing even with no eyeliner at all.
These are available in six slightly-modified versions to let you choose the most ideal one for your Sim’s face composition.
Each version also comes in black, brown, and white shades.
6. [Ruby] 3D Lashes
Screaming Mustard’s most famous 3D Lashes are also among the most widely appreciated ones in the community at large.
And you’re likely to see them in many models for other CC out there.
These [Ruby] lashes are long and intricately detailed.
Somehow, Screaming Mustard managed to recreate the exact look of freshly-applied mascara, making these some of the most realistic-looking lashes for the girly Sim who’s not afraid to get some make-up enhancements.

5. Maxis Match Eyelashes
Maxis Match Sims don’t get enough love from the CC community.
Luckily for us, creator PickyPikachu has an eye for the adorable, and the will to bring us great CC for the more cartoonish-looking Sims.
These cute lashes feature simple designs that mimic Maxis’ default eyelashes.
They’re available in two versions: Jade (including four long, stylized lashes) and Norma, which looks like the default vanilla lashes, except they have lower lash variations.
4. Dream-Girl 3D Lashes V2
If what you want is a single catch-all eyelash CC pack that’ll bring you the variety you need to give your many Sims distinct looks, you can’t go wrong with Dream-Girl’s 3D Lashes.
This second version of the already popular pack includes a wealth of different eyelash designs ranging from the natural to the highly-stylized.
You can even find some massive, bushy lashes you’d usually only see in RuPaul’s Drag Race or a romantic shojo manga.
3. MMSIMS 3D Eyelashes V3
Korean creator MMSIMS brings us these hyper-realistic and subtle-looking eyelashes that look so real, all other CC options may look cartoony in comparison.
Available for male and female Sims alike, we’ve got a grand total of 30 different swatches with every minor variation you could imagine.
I recommend these especially to anyone running hyper-detailed TS4 adventures for photographic purposes. And for anyone using the HQ mod, for that matter.
2. Plumbobjuice’s 3D Eyelashes
One of the most popular eyelash packs of the last few years has to be Plumbobjuice’s 3D Eyelashes, available in 25 different versions to suit all needs.
These notoriously bushy and thick eyelashes are a variation on the first 3D eyelash packs to become famous – Kijiko’s 3D Eyelashes.
One of the best features they share is the curvaceous shape of the lashes. You know, the kind we all want every morning in the dang bathroom mirror!
Get this CC for a Sim who’s fond of being the center of attention, and aims to stun anyone that they make eye contact with.

Or rather, it goes to the most updated version of this famous CC pack.

These lovely, long, and curvaceous lashes are the most versatile option for style-conscious TS4 fans who just need good-looking eyelashes for every member of the family.
All of these are compatible with eye shape morphing, too, which makes them especially easy to use.
Variety isn’t an issue with this CC pack, as it includes 20 long and 25 medium-length styles. Yes, 45 unique styles in total!
